Epsilon have advanced to the group's decider match at DreamHack ZOWIE Open Summer after seeing off HellRaisers 2-0 (16-10 on Nuke and 16-13 on Mirage).

Nuke began with Epsilon hopping out to an early lead and holding on tight in gun play to keep their opponents in disarray, as evidenced in the eighth round, when HellRaisers spurned a 4vs2 situation with the bomb planted, with William "draken" Sundin claiming four kills during the retake.

Down 0-9, HellRaisers finally managed to get some rounds on the board thanks to a more aggressive approach, but Epsilon hit back during the final stages of the half to secure an 11-4 lead.

Now playing on the Terrorist side, Epsilon piled more misery on their opponents by winning the pistol round and the corresponding anti-ecos. HellRaisers tightened up their defense in gun play and put together a significant run of rounds, but Epsilon did not let their lead slip and finally ended their opponents' resistance, locking down the map 16-10.

Epsilon through to the group's decider match

Map two, Mirage, saw HellRaisers take the pistol round as Terrorists before being caught off-guard in the first eco round. That win from Epsilon turned into a six-round streak that came to an end with a 1vs2 clutch from Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný.

Many believed that HellRaisers would finally get a few rounds on the board, but the comeback was not real as Epsilon hit back right after and remained in control to secure a 12-3 half-time lead.

In the second half, HellRaisers acquitted themselves much better and reduced the gap to 6-12 after taking the first three rounds as CT. After buying up, Epsilon won two rounds in a row to get on the brink of match point, but Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow rescued HellRaisers with a 1vs2 clutch.

The European mixture showed incredible fighting spirit and crawled back into the game even after Epsilon reached match point, but the Swedes eventually got their 16th round on the board to end the threat of overtime.
